Terms of Service

By creating an account on or using ION, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the platform. "You" refers to you as an individual user. "We," "us," and "our" refer to KTW Digital Group, LLC.

ION is a personal leadership development platform that provides daily planning tools, self-assessments, AI-powered coaching and insights, target-setting across four life domains (Mind, Body, Heart, Soul), and progress tracking. The platform is designed to help users build intentional daily routines and long-term personal growth systems.

ION is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, medical advice, or clinical treatment. The AI features are personal reflection tools, not diagnostic instruments. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• One account per person. Shared accounts are not permitted.
• Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree to use ION only for lawful personal development purposes. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the AI system prompts or algorithms
• Use the platform to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers against the platform
• Circumvent rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute any part of the service

Your content: You retain full ownership of all text, entries, targets, identity statements, and other content you create in ION. We do not claim ownership of your data.

License to us: By using ION, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide and improve the service. This includes sending your text to our AI provider (Anthropic) for generating insights, coaching responses, and summaries. We do not use your content for marketing, advertising, or any purpose outside of delivering the service to you.

Our platform: The ION codebase, design, branding, AI prompts, coaching methodology, and all non-user-generated content are the intellectual property of KTW Digital Group, LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform.

AI-generated content: Insights, coaching responses, summaries, and other AI-generated text are provided for your personal use within ION. You may use, save, or reference AI-generated content for your own personal development.

This is important. Please read carefully.

• AI-generated insights, coaching responses, and assessments are not professional advice. They are not a substitute for licensed therapy, medical treatment, financial advice, or legal counsel.
• AI outputs may contain inaccuracies. Use your own judgment when interpreting AI content.
• The AI coaching feature ("Tanner 24/7") is a reflection and planning tool. It does not have the context, training, or licensing of a human therapist or counselor.
• Personality profiles, patterns, and energy scores are derived from your self-reported behavioral data and AI inference. They are approximations, not clinical diagnoses.
• We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from using ION. Results depend on your own engagement and effort.

Your use of ION is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

You own your data. You can export a complete copy of all your data at any time. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the Settings page.

ION may offer paid subscription plans. When paid plans are available, the following terms apply:

• Pricing and billing terms will be clearly presented before you subscribe.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Refund policies will be stated at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.

During any free or beta period, all features are provided without charge. We reserve the right to introduce pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

We strive to keep ION available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may:

• Perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• Modify, update, or discontinue features with notice
• Experience outages due to third-party service providers

We are not liable for any data loss, missed reminders, or disruptions resulting from service interruptions.

ION is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of ION is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KTW Digital Group, LLC, and any affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

By you: You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful behavior, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance except in cases of serious violations.

Upon termination, your right to use ION ends immediately. Data deletion follows the timeline described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ION shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice within the app at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of ION after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
